The Rainbow Compass
It began as an ordinary old compass on Isla's shelf — dull, forgotten, easy to miss. Then one night, as the grey first crept in, it glowed for the very first time and tore open a shimmering purple portal. Now a single turn of the Rainbow Compass opens a new colour portal — and no two lead to the same place: a purple one, a blue one, a green one… each a doorway to a brand-new world.
Where did it really come from, and why did it choose Isla? That's a mystery the crew is only beginning to unravel.
The Cubelands
Behind the purple portal is the Cubelands — a warm, sunny world built from soft, rounded, glowing rainbow cubes. The crew can stack them, climb them, and even build bridges across them. It's the most magical playground you can imagine… until night falls.
The grey Unmakers
When the colour is bright, the Unmakers stay away. But in the dark they creep in — small, smoky grey shadows with pale-blue glowing eyes that quietly drain the colour from the world around them. They aren't beaten with fighting. They're beaten with colour, courage and kindness — and a burst of colour can even turn an Unmaker friendly again.
