Privacy, in plain words

Rainbow Times Tales (rainbowtimestales.com) is made for children aged 8–12, so we treat everyonewho visits as if they were a child. That means we've designed this site to collect as little information as possible — and nothing personal from kids at all.

What we do NOT collect

• No names, emails, addresses or phone numbers from children.
• No children's accounts or logins — there's nothing to sign up for.
• No photos, messages, comments or uploads.
• No advertising or marketing profiles of any visitor.
• No selling or sharing of personal information. Ever.

The only data we use: privacy-first analytics

To keep the site working and understand which pages are popular, we use a cookieless, privacy-first analytics tool. It records anonymous, aggregate information such as which pages were viewed and the general type of device — purely to operate and improve the site (what the law calls “support for internal operations”).

We do not use this information to identify, contact or build a profile of any individual, and we do not use it for advertising. No advertising or tracking cookies are set.

Watching videos

Our episodes are shown using YouTube's privacy-enhanced player, and the video only loads when your child chooses to press play. Until then, YouTube receives nothing. Once a video plays, YouTube's own privacy terms apply to that playback.

Links and purchases

Any link that leaves our site — and any future shop purchase — sits behind a “press and hold” grown-up gate, so a child can't wander off or buy something without an adult.

Parents & carers

If we ever add features that change what we collect (for example, a parent-managed newsletter), we'll update this page first and keep everything grown-up-gated.
